We are looking to add a reliable cleaner to our growing crew for post-drywall construction clean-ups.
Job Duties Include:
Cleaning newly constructed homes after drywall installation and sanding
Scraping excess taping mud from subfloors and window sills using floor scrapers
Cleaning newly installed tubs and showers
Vacuuming floors, window sills, vents, and outlets using a shop vacuum
Position Details:
Part-time and full time positions available
Schedule is variable and unpredictable — some full days, some half days, and occasional days off
Work sites are primarily in Calgary, with occasional jobs in Airdrie, Cochrane, and Okotoks
Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle
Steel-toe boots required
Comfortable working in a dusty construction setting
Strong common sense and ability to navigate recent development areas where addresses may not yet appear accurately on GPS
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage plus driving allowance (paid in addition to cleaning time)
Health benefits available after 6 months with the company
