Duties
Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, including dough, toppings, sauces, and cheeses, following established recipes and standards
Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, ensuring consistent quality and optimal presentation
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and organizing supplies for productive service
Serve customers at the counter or via takeout orders with friendly professionalism and prompt service
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, kitchen equipment operation, and sanitation practices
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods within the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures ensures quality and compliance
Experience in meal preparation or working in a kitchen setting demonstrates readiness for this role
