Join Dosa Boyz, one of Mississauga’s growing South Indian restaurants known for consistent flavours, speed, and quality service.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher / Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on position that involves dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, food preparation, and assisting the line during service.

What You’ll Do
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen area
Handle daily prep including chopping, peeling, portioning, and basic food preparation
Assist with preparing and assembling menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Support line cooks during busy service periods
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, floors, and storage areas
Follow food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
Support catering preparation when required
Work with urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen




Work together with the kitchen team to keep operations running smoothly

What You Need
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
Line cook or food preparation experience is an asset
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
Comfortable working evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler Certification is preferred

Pay: $18.50-$19.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 42.0 per week
