We are looking to hire for a weekend (sat & sun) Barista/Cashier, where you’ll be the friendly face and productive operator. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft delicious beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and handle cash transactions with accuracy. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
Operate POS systems to process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and give correct change while maintaining accountability for all cash handling activities
Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times




Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items as needed
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene standards are upheld

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with serving in a rapid-paced workplace & making a latte art is a plus.
Knowledge of POS systems,
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
