Responsibilities:
All staffs must continuously maintain cleanliness of the facility including but not limited to; front lobby and counter area, play structures, cafeteria seating areas, washrooms, and general areas of the facility at all times.
Greet customers upon arrival with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
Ensure customers are registered and answer any questions regarding the registration process.
Process payments and transactions using POS system.
Assist with checking in guests for birthday parties and events.
Promptly answer telephone calls and assist customers
Help customers with general inquiries regarding the playground and facility.
Provide security for families by checking stamp numbers for guests on the way out.
Experience: 0 - 1 year in any recreational facility
