Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a baker/food prep. Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and other confections
Decorate cakes and desserts with creative designs using professional cake decorating techniques
Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to food safety standards and regulations
Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, assembling, and packaging products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas to meet health standards
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions




Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and decorating tools
Package finished products carefully for retail display or delivery

Qualifications
Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or food preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience including food industry familiarity is preferred
Basic cooking skills and experience with food packaging are advantageous
A passion for baking, creativity in decorating, and dedication to quality craftsmanship are essential
