EON POWER is hiring for a 4th Year APPRENTICE in GTA (Toronto & Mississauga)

We're looking for 2 Full time Apprentices, with experience in the commercial and industrial fields.

Qualifications:
Experience specifically in Commercial and Industrial
English (Required)
WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), Ministry of Labour on- line certificate on Occupational Health and Safety and Working at Heights certification (MEWP)

Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Produce schedules and monitor crew attendance
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Ensure workforce and resources are adequate
Meet all safety protocols and quality standards
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment related to the electrical field
Organize and secure site material and project tools to ensure maximum efficiency and loss prevention
Resolve problems when they arise
Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
In depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines
An understanding of electrical systems such as power distribution, fire alarm, generator installations, lighting controls and similar
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints




Ability to communicate and report effectively
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
