Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service
Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential through effective coaching and mentoring
Manage merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional displays for maximum sales impact
Oversee inventory purchasing, stock levels, and product replenishment to meet customer demand while minimizing waste
Implement marketing initiatives to attract current customers and retain existing ones, including local promotions, community engagement and social media presence
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations,



and operational procedures

Qualifications
Proven supervising or management experience in retail or a related field with strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Experience with recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities
Knowledge of marketing strategies, and store merchandising best practices
Exceptional customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to manage time efficiently while overseeing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
