Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
Mix drinks and prepare cocktails according to standard recipes while maintaining quality standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining space, and service stations throughout your shift
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions,
and addressing concerns professionally
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, including bartending and serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for productive order processing and cash handling
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and order accuracy
Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures in a hospitality setting
Knowledge of the food industry standards and best practices in food service operations
