Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join a small and growing company. This role will play a key part in supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle while ensuring HR practices are aligned with company policies and applicable employment and labour legislation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from job postings through to hiring
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and integration into the organization
Provide payroll support and assist with perks administration
Address and manage employee concerns, grievances, and workplace relations matters in a fair, confidential, and skilled manner
Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of HR records, documentation, and reports
Review, update, and maintain company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Support compliance with applicable employment standards and labour legislation
Promote a positive, respectful, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
Provide ongoing HR guidance and support to employees and management as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in human resources,



employee relations, recruitment, or a related HR role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment standards, and workplace compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a growing team
