Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or machinery
Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, or performing basic tasks as directed
Maintain safety standards by following protocols and reporting hazards immediately
Participate in site cleanup activities to keep the environment safe and organized
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision to support project needs
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction or industrial sites
Prior experience in labouring or manual roles is a plus but not mandatory
Reliable transportation to get to the worksite daily
