Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on product selections, including Trucking Tools and Accessories.
Assist customers with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked by performing regular inventory checks and restocking shelves
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a welcoming shopping workplace
Skills
Solid communication skills in English/Hindi multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers
Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering with a focus on customer service excellence
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic merchandising principles
Previous Experience With Quickbooks Software and invoicing is an asset
Will be required to get forclift License within first month of hiring

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
