NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Full-Time | Night Shift

Position Overview

Green Earth Organics is seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead our overnight factory operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for employees, workflow, productivity, safety, quality and overall execution during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise night-shift production and warehouse employees.

· Assign work and ensure production requirements are completed efficiently.

· Monitor staffing, attendance, breaks, productivity and employee performance.

· Ensure orders and production schedules are completed accurately and on time.

· Coordinate with shipping, receiving, quality, sanitation and logistics teams.

· Enforce food safety, GMP, health and safety, and company procedures.

· Address operational issues and make timely decisions during the shift.

· Train, coach and support employees.

· Escalate equipment, quality, staffing or production concerns as required.





· Provide clear shift handovers and reporting to daytime management.

Qualifications

· Previous management or supervisory experience in a factory, food production, warehouse or similar environment.

· Experience in produce or food manufacturing is strongly preferred.

· Comfortable and committed to working a night-shift schedule.

· Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to remain organized and decisive in a rapid-paced setting.
