Job Overview

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on person to join our install team. You'll learn the trade alongside our senior technicians, starting with cabling and pre-wire work and building toward full system installs. No prior industry experience is required. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Do
Run, terminate, and label low-voltage cabling (Cat6, coax, speaker wire, HDMI, fibre) in recent builds and existing homes
Complete pre-wire and rough-in work for Control4, home theatre, security, camera, and network systems
Assist senior technicians with mounting TVs, speakers, projectors, cameras, wireless access points, and equipment racks
Help with home theatre installs, rack builds, cable management, and equipment setup
Load, organize, and maintain the van, tools, and inventory
Keep job sites clean and treat clients' homes with respect
Learn Control4 programming, networking, and system troubleshooting over time

What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in technology, AV, or smart home systems




Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, on ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Solid attention to detail and pride in tidy work
Valid driver's licence and clean driving record

Nice to Have
Experience in electrical, construction, or a related trade
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, Wi-Fi)
Familiarity with Control4, IP cameras, or alarm systems
Low-voltage experience

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
