Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Bookkeeper to join our agile team. This role offers an exciting chance to manage financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping practices, and support our day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Myob Accounting,QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
Conduct account analysis and prepare reports to support financial decision-making




Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and revenues

Qualifications
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail with robust organizational skills
Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately
Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis
Prior experience in a retail or small business environment is a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
