Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals to support chefs and kitchen staff
Help with cooking duties by following established recipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
Serve food to customers or guests in a timely and friendly manner, maintaining excellent customer service standards
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately
Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels or shortages




Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a protected working setting for everyone in the kitchen

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and meal preparation techniques
Ability to serve customers with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Experience with cooking or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong attention to detail when following recipes, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour
