Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Wiring and Bonding Technician to perform precision assembly, strain gauge bonding, fine wiring, and soldering.
Responsibilities
Install and bond strain gauges and sensors.
Prepare and clean surfaces and accurately position components.
Perform fine-wire soldering and electrical connections.
Read wiring diagrams and follow work instructions.
Perform basic testing for resistance, voltage, and continuity.
Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Requirements
Experience with strain gauges, sensors, precision assembly, or similar components preferred.
Robust hand-soldering skills.
Basic electrical/electronics knowledge.
Ability to work with small, delicate components.
Robust attention to detail and quality.
Ability to follow technical instructions consistently.
