We are seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to join Sackville Smiles in Sackville, NB

The ideal candidate is organized, confident, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while continuing to provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients.

What You’ll Do

As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll play an key role in keeping the day running smoothly. Responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients in a skilled and friendly manner
Managing incoming calls, inquiries, and patient communications
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Managing schedules, requests, and priorities throughout the day
Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
Communicating effectively with patients, clinical team members, and other healthcare offices
Providing administrative support to the clinical team
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Helping troubleshoot scheduling and patient-service issues as they arise

What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills




Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable learning and working with scheduling and practice-management software
Previous administrative, reception, or patient-service experience
Previous dental experience is considered a robust asset
Experience in a healthcare or clinical workplace is also an asset
