About the Role

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-oriented leader with solid business acumen and experience managing teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable for performance and results.
Oversee daily operations, production schedules, resources, and customer commitments.
Manage revenue, budgets, costs, margins, and overall profitability.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and business growth.
Maintain strong safety and quality standards across the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
Support business development and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
Work closely with senior leadership on business performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop employees and build a strong team and succession plan.





Qualifications
Experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or similar senior leadership role.
Background in fencing, construction, manufacturing, building materials, distribution, or a related industry is preferred.
Robust financial and operational management experience.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP/CRM or business management systems is an asset.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
