Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Perform minor repairs on appliances
Perform safety and security checks
Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms

Summary

As a Hotel Maintenance qualified, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of hotel facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager,



your core skills in mechanical knowledge and maintenance will enable you to address various repair needs effectively. Your premium skills in supervising and electrical experience will enhance team efficiency and safety. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and leadership will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests. Qualifications
Proficient in English with strong communication skills
Mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
Ability to read and interpret schematics
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Supervisory experience and leadership skills
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers and CMMS
Welding and electrical experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
