Position Overview

Green Earth Organics is looking for a bold, creative marketer who thinks differently. We want someone who can challenge traditional produce marketing and help build a fresh, up-to-date and memorable brand presence. We are open to an exceptional new graduate with a strong portfolio and ideas, but ideally this person will bring proven marketing experience and a progressive approach.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop fresh, disruptive marketing concepts that differentiate Green Earth Organics.

· Create and execute campaigns across digital, social, trade, customer and industry channels.

· Develop compelling content, brand stories, presentations and sales-support materials.

· Bring recent ideas for social media, video, partnerships, events, packaging and customer engagement.

· Help evolve brand identity and ensure consistency across channels.

· Work with Sales and leadership to support customer presentations, trade shows and business development.

· Monitor trends in food, produce, retail, consumer behaviour and digital marketing.

· Use performance data and insights to improve campaigns and test new approaches.

· Coordinate with designers, photographers,



agencies or other creative partners as needed.

Qualifications

· Marketing, communications, branding, digital media or related education/experience.

· Solid marketing background preferred; outstanding recent graduates will be considered.

· A portfolio or examples demonstrating creativity, strong taste and original thinking are highly valued.

· Strong understanding of social media and current digital marketing trends.

· Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to bring forward unconventional ideas.

· Food, produce, CPG or retail experience is an asset, but creative ability and initiative are equally key.
