WIMA is looking to hire! We are a local music school that specializes in providing private music lessons to students of all ages, although mainly to children and teenagers. Our approach is fun, positive, and supportive, creating a friendly environment for both students and staff.

We are currently hiring part time bilingual Administrative Assistants for our Pointe-Claire location.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors
Enroll recent and returning students
Follow up with prospective and current clients
Answer client questions and provide information about WIMA’s programs and services
Process payments and prepare receipts
Communicate schedule changes to teachers and staff
Prepare classrooms and activity spaces
Complete general administrative duties




Perform light cleaning and help maintain an organized reception area

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in both English and French
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and encouraging attitude
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced setting
Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and scheduling software
Previous administrative or customer service experience is considered an asset

Available Shifts
Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Sunday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
