Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
Use hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting tasks
Perform demolition work when required, including removal of old materials like drywall or flooring
Mix and apply caulking, paint, or other finishing materials to meet project standards
Follow safety protocols diligently while operating equipment or handling hazardous materials
Qualifications
Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building environments is highly preferred
Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in carpentry, drywall, flooring, or painting
Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures
Robust physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn current skills
