Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and enthusiastic Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team at Recent Westminster, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam & Surrey! Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change while maintaining cash handling procedures.
Assist with food preparation and food service tasks, ensuring all items meet safety and quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.




Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills during busy periods.
Follow food handling protocols to ensure hygiene and safety are upheld at all times.

Requirements
1+ years of barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems.
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Valuable time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
