Join Recruit N Beyond as a Cannabis Retail Store Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a compliant, customer-focused retail dispensary. This role is designed for a motivated, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee day-to-day staff management, inventory control, and strict compliance with provincial regulations, ensuring the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

· Team Leadership: Supervise, train, coach, and develop dispensary team members to ensure high performance and compliance with all age-verification protocols.

· Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and secure vault storage in alignment with store policies.

· Inventory & POS Control: Utilize specialized cannabis Point of Sale (POS) systems for customer transactions, compliant inventory tracking, and daily sales reporting.

· Merchandising Excellence: Oversee compliant in-store merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and accessory displays within provincial guidelines.





· Compliance Adherence: Ensure 100% adherence to all AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) regulations and federal cannabis laws.

· Administration: Maintain clean records of daily sales data, shift logs, and internal staff scheduling with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

· Experience: Proven supervisory or management experience within a retail or customer service workplace.

· License: A valid Ontario CannSell Certification is strictly mandatory prior to your official start date.

· Compliance: Robust understanding of (or a commitment to master) AGCO dispensary regulations and the Cannabis Act.

· Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a background using up-to-date retail POS software.

· Security: Must be eligible to pass a standard criminal background check as required for provincial cannabis employment.

· Flexibility: Availability to work varied retail shifts, including evenings and weekends.
