Highland Woods Dentistry is looking for a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant/Float to join our growing team! This position is starting full-time immediately.

Sterile Bay Duties
Sterilization and organization of dental instruments
Maintaining IPAC protocols
Monitoring and stocking clinical supplies, inventory
Ensuring sterilization records and procedures are maintained properly
Dental Chairside Assisting Duties
Experience with assisting surgical procedures, molar endos and same day emergency treatments
Taking and processing dental radiographs (if certified)
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day operations
Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
Certification or training in Level II Dental Assisting preferred; ongoing career development encouraged
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments as a float staff member

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour depending on skillset and experience
