Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ECE to join our team. This role involves fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children to support their developmental and educational growth.

Duties
Provide quality care and creative programming to children
Build meaningful and positive relationships with children and families
Provide attentive caregiving, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of all children in the classroom
Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive workplace where every child feels respected and valued.
Guide children's behaviour using positive guidance techniques that encourage self-regulation, problem-solving, and empathy.
Support children in developing social and emotional skills through positive interactions and role modeling.




Help children resolve conflicts peacefully by encouraging communication, cooperation, and respect for others.
Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence

Qualifications
ECE certification from a program recognized in British Columbia
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Emergency First Aid and CPR-C & AED certificate
Wage Enhancement is not included

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
