Lola's Cluck + Oink is a small food vendor in the eclectic space of Fresh & Local Market + Kitchens. Specializing in Filipino fare, we are quickly being recognized as a quality provider of Filipino food made with passion.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Filipino cuisine and an excellent work ethic to often lead a public-facing kitchen.
Duties
Assist/lead food preparation and meal assembly
Handle food in compliance with health and safety standards
Hybrid front and back of the house duties focused on executing prepared recipe cards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
Requirements
Candidate MUST be available to work weekends. Shift range is from 10:30AM-9:30PM




Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred with focus on Filipino food
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
