About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Validation Specialist to support qualification and validation projects within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced validation skilled who can independently manage complex validation activities and work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering field
8+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment
5+ years of qualification/validation experience
Experience with at least one area of validation:
Equipment Qualification
Utilities/Facilities Qualification
Process Validation
Cleaning Validation
Automation Qualification
Sterilization/Aseptic Process Validation
Strong knowledge of GMP and qualification/validation principles
Knowledge of FDA, ICH, ISO, EU, ISPE and/or PDA guidelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead complex projects
Strong Microsoft Office skills; Microsoft Project/Visio is a plus
French & English bilingual preferred
