Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales prospects
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Requirements
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid communication skills in English; additional languages such as Bilingual capabilities are a plus
Experience with product demos, merchandising, POS systems, and cashiering is advantageous
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store presentation standards
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette proficiency
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace with good time management skills
Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer relationship
