Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced setting. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in ensuring that our patrons receive prompt and friendly service.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Uphold high standards of food handling practices to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or as a bartender is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
