The LCBO is searching for enthusiastic individuals to become Holiday Customer Service Representatives from November 16 to December 31, 2026. In this role, you will engage customers using our POS system while ensuring the store remains organized and inviting. Through paid online training, you will learn about an array of beverages and enhance your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers promptly with our POS system
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability
• Participate in the Customer Experience surveys
• Replenish inventory and keep shelves organized
• Lift cases weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Available weekend evenings and holidays
• Stand for long periods while working
