Join a multi-year enterprise transformation initiative modernizing core business processes and technology platforms across a large-scale energy organization. This role serves as the senior HR business representative within the SAP ERP transformation, bridging HR stakeholders and SAP implementation teams across solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities. The position supports enterprise HR process transformation spanning workforce management, payroll integration, talent management, organizational management, and employee lifecycle processes. initiatives Experience as an

HR Functional Lead , Workstream Lead, or Senior HR Business Lead on ERP implementations Deep knowledge of

and operating models within ERP transformation environments Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline Experience supporting large-scale

SAP S/4HANA
