ALS in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to perform preparations, extractions and analysis on soil and water samples. You will generate worklists, retrieve samples, run sample prep, filtration, extraction and digestion, and document all steps with accuracy.
You will operate pipettes, shakers, centrifuges and meters, calibrate equipment, manage data and records, keep glassware clean, and support archiving and turnaround deadlines in a team-oriented team environment.
