Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Supply Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will provide classroom coverage across various grade levels and subjects, ensuring a seamless learning experience for students when regular teachers are unavailable. This role offers an opportunity to support student development, foster a positive learning workplace, and gain valuable classroom experience. Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, following provided lesson plans or curriculum guidelines.
Manage classroom behavior to maintain a positive and productive learning workplace.
Support students' individual needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of instruction.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Assist with classroom management,



including supervising students during activities and breaks.
Maintain accurate attendance records and report any concerns to appropriate personnel.

Requirements
Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
Classroom experience, especially in early childhood education or special education, is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
Knowledge of teaching strategies for students with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and grade levels.
A background or training in math or other core subjects is advantageous.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning workplace.
Must be able to work independently, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
