We are a growing multidisciplinary health clinic in the GTA providing high-quality physiotherapy, chiropractic, and rehabilitation care. We are looking for a motivated Physician Liaison to build and maintain relationships with local Family Health Teams, orthopedic surgeons, GPs, and hospital discharge coordinators.
If you love networking, understand patient care, and want a role outside of direct clinical delivery or traditional high-pressure sales, this position is for you.
What You’ll Do
Build Relationships: Visit family medicine clinics, FHTs, and surgical offices across the GTA to introduce our services and streamline referral pathways.
Educate & Engage: Coordinate brief, value-focused lunch-and-learns (In-Services) for clinic staff, doctors, and medical administrative teams.
Solve Problems for Doctors: Show local physicians how our clinic simplifies their workload through rapid patient intake and timely 1-page progress reports back to their EMR.
Account Management: Keep track of active referral sources,
follow up on feedback, and ensure referring offices have a seamless experience.
What We’re Looking For
Background: Experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical outreach, medical device rep roles, or a clinical background (Registered Kinesiologist, PTA, OT, or Health Sciences graduate looking for a practice growth role).
Local Knowledge: Comfort navigating the GTA healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, FHTs, and community clinics).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you know how to build genuine rapport with medical office assistants (MOAs) and physicians alike.
Self-Starter: Organized, structured, and able to manage a local daily outreach schedule independently.
Transport: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel across the GTA.
Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
