Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete technician to join our dynamic precast producer team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with various concrete-related tasks in indoor workshop, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble molds for precast concrete components using wood, steel, or fiberglass.
Apply release agents and ensure molds are clean and properly aligned before pouring.
Mix and pour concrete according to specified ratios and quality standards.
Use vibration and compaction techniques to eliminate air pockets and ensure uniformity.
Monitor curing process and maintain required temperature and moisture conditions.
Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Maintain a clean and safe work setting and comply with all safety regulations.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 90 lb regularly.
Experience in mold making and concrete pouring for precast products (preferred).
Knowledge of concrete properties, curing techniques, and finishing methods.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina for standing, bending, and handling heavy materials.
