You will play a key role in supporting our technicians with precise parts identification, pricing, all while delivering outstanding service that keeps customers coming back. Duties
Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor costs based on vehicle needs and repair orders.
Manage inventory levels of parts, ensuring availability for scheduled repairs and urgent needs.
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed financial records.
Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure timely parts procurement and delivery for ongoing repairs.
Maintain organized records of estimates, sales,



and inventory to support effective workflow and reporting.

Requirements
Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to identify vehicle parts accurately.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor.
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accuracy.
Basic computer skills.

Pay: $39,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
