Job Summary

Duties
Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing
Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Support carpentry tasks including cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and framing
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to ensure durable and high-quality results
Assist with plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding,



and other specialized trades as needed
Mix and apply caulking, paint, or sealants for finishing touches on structures

Experience
Prior construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades enhances your versatility on the job site
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to follow project specifications
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is a strong advantage
Knowledge of construction estimating processes helps in understanding project scope and resource needs
Experience in drywall installation, concrete work, masonry, or carpentry is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued highly
Basic understanding of electrical or plumbing systems can set you apart as a well-rounded team member
