Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including nursing homes and home care environments. Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting their independence.

Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for patients.
Support patients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
Engage in dementia care by offering companionship and cognitive stimulation.
Maintain cleanliness in patient living areas, ensuring a secure and hygienic environment.
Document patient care activities accurately and report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.




Provide support for individuals with disabilities, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements
Previous experience in home care or senior care is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of patient care practices, particularly for those with dementia or disabilities.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist patients with mobility challenges.
Robust communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients.
Certification as a Nursing Assistant or similar qualification is advantageous but not required.
A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of each patient is essential.
