The morning bake off person (starting at 6am; potentially at 5am) will proof and bake veinosseries, cookies, scones, double baked, etc
Prepare and decorate pastries
Cook in a professional manner, meeting all quality standards and following recipes precisely.




Work well individually, as well as in a team setting
Maintain a clean work area and perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Work with minimum supervision when other team members are not present.
Follow all health and safety standards
Demonstrate good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, and diagram form for specific tasks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Food Protected Level 1 is required
Professional pastry school diploma is preferred
Experience in rapid paced bakery, restaurant or hotel workplace is an asset
Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 50 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and early mornings
