We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale payment processing and technology transformation for a major public-sector organization.
The successful candidate will coordinate business teams, technical teams and third-party vendors through the migration of payment processing infrastructure, including POS/payment terminals, merchant accounts, e-commerce payment integrations and payment gateways.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, governance, scheduling, risk and issue management
Coordinate multiple business, IT and vendor stakeholders
Manage migration of POS/payment-processing infrastructure
Coordinate e-commerce/payment gateway integrations and cutover activities
Manage testing, certification and implementation timelines
Manage dependencies with related technology projects
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and issue-resolution discussions
Support operational readiness, training and transition activities
Ensure PCI/security requirements are incorporated into project planning
Required Experience
8+ years of recent Project Management experience
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects
Robust project planning, risk, budget, schedule and resource-management experience
Experience managing vendors and multidisciplinary teams
Solid stakeholder facilitation and communication skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent accepted skilled qualification
