YOUR ROLE:Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the end‑to‑end payroll process for employees in Quebec and across Canada, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines;Ensuring ongoing compliance of payroll processing with applicable regulations;Maintaining and update payroll systems and records;Serving as the primary point of contact for payroll‑related matters;Preparing and generate monthly and annual payroll reports and filings;Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners;Managing and processing government remittances.SKILLS REQUIRED:Proven experience in payroll management for employees, including those located in Quebec and across Canada,
with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulatory requirements;Relevant experience in a similar payroll-focused role;Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;Payroll certification from the National Payroll Institute (an asset);Strong proficiency with payroll systems and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;High level of attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills;Ability to work independently while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills.
