Join a highly visible project environment supporting clinically focused IT initiatives within a public sector healthcare organization. This role manages large-scale IT software and infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders, complex requirements, and cross-functional coordination. The Project Manager will oversee project delivery activities including scheduling, reporting, stakeholder communication, and implementation support to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.

Must Haves

PMP

certification

5+ years managing large-scale

IT software

or

IT infrastructure projects

5+ years driving

project management

in multifaceted environments

Healthcare

project environment experience

Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Nice to Have

Work breakdown structure (WBS) creation and management

Project planning and estimating experience

Familiarity with IT platforms and methodologies

IT support workplace and information systems exposure

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle

Support cross-functional project teams during project implementation activities

Assist project team members with project planning, change management, transition, and communications





Monitor and report project progress to project teams, steering committees, and sponsors

Communicate project updates and expectations to stakeholders using appropriate communication methods

Provide delivery oversight for requirements gathering, detailed design, and future state development

Lead and direct project staff to ensure effective resource utilization and work prioritization
