Duties
Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styling with precision and creativity
Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice tailored to their preferences
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client results and increase sales
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling check-in/check-out procedures
Communicate clearly with clients about service options,



aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to foster trust and satisfaction
Support team collaboration by sharing tips, assisting colleagues during busy periods, and contributing to a positive salon culture

Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling with a solid portfolio of work showcasing versatility and skill
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times
Solid communication skills to effectively discuss styles, treatments, and product options with clients
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is preferred but not required
A valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as per local regulations

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
