Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Welder/Fitter/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality structures and equipment, ensuring safety, durability, and adherence to technical specifications. Responsibilities
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly processes.
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join various metals with accuracy and strength.
Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape, cut, and assemble metal parts.
Conduct rigging operations safely when lifting or positioning heavy components using cranes or forklifts.
Measure materials precisely with calipers, tape measures, and other measuring devices; apply basic math skills for accurate fabrication.
Fabricate ductwork, structural components,



or custom parts according to project specifications while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area; adhere to safety protocols related to welding, machining, and construction activities.

Experience
Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
Mechanical knowledge of machinery operation including press brake machines, plasma cutters, and schematics interpretation.
Familiarity with construction or industrial assembly processes is highly desirable.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with rigging operations involving cranes or forklifts for lifting heavy materials safely.
Knowledge of ductwork installation or construction-related tasks is a plus.
Prior use of hand tools, power tools, calipers, and basic math skills necessary for accurate fabrication tasks.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
