About Us

Kam Wai Dim Sum is a family-run business offering frozen dim sum, hot food to go, and a small dine-in area. We are seeking friendly, dependable team members who take pride in customer service and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities
Greet customers, answer product questions, and take orders.
Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
Pack hot food, frozen products, and online orders.
Receive deliveries and replenish stock.
Check product dates and follow first-in, first-out procedures.
Keep counters, displays, dining areas, and workspaces clean.
Complete daily duties, sanitation checklists, and opening or closing tasks.
Communicate with the kitchen and support teammates during busy periods.

Requirements
Full-time: Availability for 5 days per week and up to 40 hours.
Part-time: Availability for at least 3 days per week and a minimum of 20 hours.
Availability for weekends and opening or closing shifts.
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and consistent availability.
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and take initiative.




Ability to perform duties involving extended standing and protected stock handling, with accommodation where needed.
Willingness to follow food safety and workplace policies and wear slip-resistant shoes.
Previous food service or retail experience is an asset; training is provided.
Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are an asset.
