The Spa Manager will be responsible for:
Directing and controlling daily operations
Evaluating daily operations
Planning and organizing daily operations
Establishing or implementing policies and procedures for staff
Planning and controlling budgets and inventory
Managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
Hiring, training and supervising staff
Addressing customers' complaints or concerns
Supervising a team of approximately 11–15 employees

Requirements

Language: English

Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.

Work Conditions

This is an in office position. Pay: $37.00-$37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
