Job Summary

Crafty Cuisines is looking for a dependable, organized Early Morning Truck Stocker to help get our food trucks ready for the day. This hands-on role focuses on final morning supplies, equipment checks, and departure preparation so each truck is ready for its scheduled call time.

The full menu is stocked by the evening team. You will collect any remaining food items that needed additional cooling overnight and load them into the appropriate truck fridge following kitchen instructions.

Duties
Collect and load remaining food and supplies requested by the kitchen.
Pick up extra ice and load it into truck freezers or coolers when freezer space is limited.
Ensure each truck has the appropriate number of coolers for the day.
Empty grey water tanks in the designated disposal area.
Change fryer oil according to kitchen procedures.
Check that fridge doors are closed and secured, and that coolers, supplies, and loose items are secure for travel.
Unplug each truck from its power connection and safely stow the cord before departure.
Complete final readiness checks so trucks are ready for their scheduled call times.
Report missing supplies, equipment problems,



or delays promptly to the kitchen or supervisor.
Keep loading and work areas clean and organized.

Skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality for early morning shifts.
Solid attention to detail and the ability to follow a checklist.
Good organization and the ability to prioritize trucks by departure time.
Comfort with physical work, including lifting and moving coolers, ice, and supplies.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with kitchen staff and drivers.
Food service, stocking, cleaning, or warehouse experience is an asset.

Schedule: Early morning shifts, with start and finish times based on truck call times
