This is a well-established manufacturer investing in its facilities, equipment and people, with an chance for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to take the lead at its Calgary facility.
You'll manage a small team of maintenance technicians while staying close to the equipment yourself, balancing leadership with hands-on problem solving across the site.
You'll have genuine ownership of preventative maintenance, equipment reliability and continuous improvement, working closely with production to keep the plant running efficiently and minimize downtime.

The Role:
Lead,
develop and support a team of maintenance technicians
Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across the facility
Drive equipment reliability, downtime reduction and continuous improvement
Work closely with production on maintenance planning and plant performance
The Person:
Previous maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
Solid hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance background
Confident leader with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Commutable to Calgary, Alberta
